These Service Conditions shall be deemed to have been drawn in accordance with the statutes and laws of the state of Texas and in the event of any disagreement or dispute, the laws of Texas shall apply and suit must be brought in Texas as each Party specifically submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts for disputes involving these Service Conditions.
